George S. Rickard, OD, graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1984. He began practicing at the Laurel Eye Clinic in 1984 following his residency here. Dr. Rickard sees patients in the Brookville, New Bethlehem, DuBois, and Seneca offices. Dr. Rickard is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

Dr. Rick D. Rombold practices at the Laurel Eye Clinic offices in Altoona, Brookville, New Bethlehem and Clearfield. Dr. Rombold has been taught by the surgeons at the Laurel Eye Clinic to follow patients after surgery. He also provides primary eye care services to adults and children. Dr. Randy J. Kerr usually sees patients at the Laurel Eye Clinic in Seneca. In addition, he provides family vision care to patients in Brookville. Dr. Janice D. Dunkle provides care to both children and adults in the Brookville, DuBois, and St. Marys offices of the Laurel Eye Clinic. Dr. Dunkle also plays a major role in preparing and testing patients for refractive surgery. Dr. Dunkle is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. Michael D. Hancox
Dr. Michael D. Hancox enjoys a busy practice primarily in the Grove City office of the Laurel Eye Clinic. He is available to provide care both prior to and following surgical procedures. He also provides routine vision care to all age groups. Dr. Hancox is a member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. Michael T. Zatorsky, Jr.
Dr. Zatorsky cares for patients of all ages in our Altoona, Johnstown and Bedford offices. Dr. Zatorsky is a 2006 graduate from the Philadelphia College of Optometry and previously practiced in Hagerstown MD.
Dr. Alex J. Corle
Dr. Corle currently provides care for patients of all ages in our Altoona and our Bedford offices. Dr. Corle is a 2019 graduate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry after completing his undergraduate studies at Shippensburg University.
Dr. Keith Rowlands
Keith T. Rowlands, OD, began his career with the LEC in 1983 and has rejoined the clinic following private practice for 37 years. Dr. Rowlands sees patients in Mercer and Grove City.
Dr. Austin Davis
Dr. Austin Davis grew up in Clarion, Pennsylvania. He attended Slippery Rock University where he received his B.S. in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Davis focuses on primary care optometry, providing comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Davis sees patients in Brookville, Seneca, Clearfield and Altoona.
Dr. Chelsea Dunn
Chelsea Dunn, OD, began her career in 2014 practicing routine and comprehensive eye care in Elk County. Dr. Dunn earned a Bachelors of Science in chemistry with a minor in biology. She then went on to earn a doctorate of optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Dunn sees patients in DuBois.
