Optometrist
The Laurel Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time medical optometrist in the Altoona, PA area. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a busy, multi-specialty practice while working directly with Ophthalmologists. The ideal candidate must be hard-working, willing to travel, motivated, and be driven by patient-centered care. We seek a clinically skilled candidate that would manage medical eye conditions, perform specialized testing, pre and post-operative care for refractive and cataract patients, along with routine eye care. The Laurel Eye Clinic operates an optical boutique and an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Laurel Laser & Surgery Center, from this location.
A competitive compensation package is offered along with future ownership potential. Patient Services Coordinator

The Laurel Eye Clinic has career opportunities available for professional, positive and friendly Patient Services Coordinators. Previous medical office experience preferred, but not necessary. Must have excellent customer service skills and computer skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Travel benefits provided.
Responsibilities include working with patients, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and duties related to the patient check in and check out process using electronic health records. Training will be provided. EOE
CRNA
The Laurel Laser & Surgery Center in Brookville is seeking a part-time CRNA to prepare, administer, and manage anesthesia for patients during surgery. This position would provide services at our ambulatory surgery center 2-3 days per week. Benefits include daytime hours with no weekends, holidays, or on-call. The Laurel Eye Clinic has immediate opportunities available for outgoing, motivated Opticians with excellent customer service skills. Prior optical or retail sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Job duties would include all aspects of patient fit and adjustment for glasses, insurance eligibility verification and interpretation, and inventory management. Training will be provided. EOE
Ophthalmic Technician

Primary duties include data collection and documentation in EHR, chair-side doctor assistance, and performing diagnostic tests as required by the doctors. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer skills, be professional, positive and team oriented. Must be committed to providing excellent patient care. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician, LPN or individual with medical experience preferred. Training will be provided. EOE
