Patient Services Coordinator

The Laurel Eye Clinic has career opportunities available for professional, positive and friendly Patient Services Coordinators. Previous medical office experience preferred, but not necessary. Must have excellent customer service skills and computer skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Travel benefits provided.
Responsibilities include working with patients, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and duties related to the patient check in and check out process using electronic health records. Training will be provided. EOE
Surgical Nurse/CST
The Laurel Laser & Surgery Center in Brookville has an opening for a part-time Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse or CST. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with ophthalmic surgery. Benefits include daytime hours with no weekends, holidays, or on-call. EOE
Optician

- Duncansville (part-time)
The Laurel Eye Clinic has immediate opportunities available for outgoing, motivated Opticians with excellent customer service skills. Prior optical or retail sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Job duties would include all aspects of patient fit and adjustment for glasses, insurance eligibility verification and interpretation, and inventory management. Training will be provided. EOE
Ophthalmic Technician

The Laurel Eye Clinic has career opportunities available as an Ophthalmic Technician. Primary duties include data collection and documentation in EHR, chair-side doctor assistance, and performing diagnostic tests as required by the doctors. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer skills, be professional, positive and team oriented. Must be committed to providing excellent patient care. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician, LPN or individual with medical experience preferred. Training will be provided. EOE
