Candidate Online Profile Assessment

There will be three exercises for you to complete:

• The Leadership Matrix

• The Measure of Practical Judgement

• Wonderlic Quick Test

These exercises will need to be done in one sitting to avoid being timed out of the system. After 15 minutes of inactivity, you will be timed out. If this happens, you will need to log in again and start over.

On average, it takes 20 minutes to complete all three exercises.

To log in to the system, you will need to enter your username and password in the blue section in the top right hand corner of the screen. The username and password will be provided to you by a member of the Laurel Eye Clinic and the Laurel Laser & Surgery Center's Management Team.

Please complete the exercises honestly. That will make the profile report most accurate.
