Jolynn Dobson Cook, RN, COE, CASC - Administrator Jolynn D. Cook is the Administrator of the Laurel Eye Clinic and the Laurel Laser & Surgery Centers. A Certified Ophthalmic Executive, Ms. Cook is a registered nurse and also holds a degree in Health Care Administration. She is an annual presenter at the national ASOA Congress and the Royal Hawaiian Eye meetings. In addition, she has authored articles for *Administrative Eyecare* and BSM Connections™. Ms. Cook is a member of the BSM Advisory Board which provides guidance into BSM Consulting’s distant learning and practice management content and development. Jolynn has authored two ophthalmic educational courses. She recently completed her term as a member of Board of Directors for the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators. She completed her second term as the President of the National Board of Certified Ophthalmic Executives in April 2010. Jolynn has served on several area Boards as well, they include: American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Jefferson Manor Health Centers Board of Directors and the Brookville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Joseph C. Saricks, Jr. - CFO Joseph C. Saricks, Jr. is the CFO of the Laurel Eye Clinic. Joe oversees the financial departments of both the Laurel Eye Clinic and the Laurel Laser & Surgery Center. Joe has been with Laurel Eye for 10 years and has extensive experience in healthcare.
Ron Carlson, LPN, COA Ron Carlson, LPN is the Clinical Manager of the Laurel Eye Clinic. Ron is in charge of the clinical aspects of the practice. Ron supervises all of the technicians and clinical procedures. Lisa Shaw, COE - Information Technology Manager Lisa Shaw is the Information Technology Manager at the Laurel Eye Clinic. Mark Powell - Outreach Coordinator/Marketing Manager/Refractive Manager Mark Powell is the Outreach Coordinator/Refractive Manager at the Laurel Eye Clinic. Mark maintains communication and education to referring optometrists as well as manages the LASIK/Vision Correction Department. Mark also oversees all the Marketing for both the Laurel Eye Clinic and Laurel Laser & Surgery Center.
