Jolynn Dobson Cook, RN, COE - Administrator Jolynn Cook, Certified Ophthalmic Executive, is the Administrator of the Laurel Eye Clinic and the Laurel Laser & Surgery Center. Ms. Cook is a registered nurse and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration. She has been a presenter at the ASOA Congress and the Hawaiian Eye meetings. In addition, she has authored articles for Administrative Eyecare and Allergan Access. She currently serves as a member of the ASOA Board and is completing her second term as the President of the National Board of Certified Ophthalmic Executives.
Joe Saricks, Jr. - CFO Joe Saricks, Jr. is the CFO of the Laurel Eye Clinic. Joe oversees the financial departments of both the Laurel Eye Clinic and the Laurel Laser & Surgery Center. Joe has been with Laurel Eye for 10 years and has extensive experience in healthcare.
Amy Powell, RN Amy Powell, RN is the Clinical Manager of the Laurel Eye Clinic. Amy is in charge of the clinical aspects of the practice. Amy supervises all of the technicians and clinical procedures. Mark Powell - Outreach Coordinator/Marketing Manager/Refractive Manager Mark Powell is the Outreach Coordinator/Refractive Manager at the Laurel Eye Clinic. Mark maintains communication and education to referring optometrists as well as manages the LASIK/Vision Correction Department.
