With the FLU and H1N1 FLU seasons upon us, we ask your cooperation in helping stem the spread of these viruses:

1. If you, or your driver or family member accompanying you here, have a fever, please STAY HOME.  We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

2. If you, or your driver or family member accompanying you here, have a productive cough, please STAY HOME.  We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

3. Please wash your hands after using the restroom. Our practice is committed to helping you, your family, your friends, and our families from getting these viruses.  We encourage our patients to get the necessary flu and swine flu vaccinations when they are available.
