Potential candidates must be positive, team oriented individuals dedicated to providing excellent patient care and willing to travel. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician, LPN or individual with medical experience preferred. EOE
Due to practice growth, the Laurel Eye Clinic has immediate openings for ophthalmic technicians and scribes to work at the Grove City and Seneca office locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the eye care or nursing field and be certified as a COA, COT or COMT or hold a current LPN nursing license in PA. Due to expanded services, the Laurel Eye Clinic has an immediate opening for a part-time RN to work with our retina surgeon in the clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a vitreoretinal surgical practice. Required skills will include: initiating an IV and managing infusions for testing, entering information into an electronic medical record (computer skills) and management of the daily flow and scheduling to assist the physician in a very busy practice setting. Desire to have or learn to assist with surgery in the ambulatory surgery setting is desired. Travel is required. EOE
The Laurel Laser & Surgery Center in Duncansville has an opening for a part-time energetic and highly motivated Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have ASC experience: pre-op; PACU and/or circulating. Benefits include daytime hours with no weekends or holidays. EEO
Patient Services Coordinator
The Laurel Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work as a part time Patient Services Coordinator at the Brookville and DuBois locations. The ideal candidate will be positive, team oriented and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Computer experience is necessary. Previous surgical office experience using NextGen software, preferred. Responsibilities include working with patients, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and duties related to the patient check in and check out process using electronic health records.
